    St. John’s newest steak and seafood restaurant features prime, grass-fed steaks and domestic lamb, as well as local sustainable lobster and seafood. On Fridays and Saturdays this is the spot to relax and unwind with great food, cocktails and uplifting live music. For an ultra romantic experience, arrange for a dinner for two on the beach.     St. John is home to a variety of delicious restaurants, from Caribbean specialties to Continental fare. But for an authentic island treat, look for food stalls on beaches selling everything from johnnycakes, fried fish, conch fritters and more. One of the more popular spots is Vie’s Snack Shack on Hansen Bay where she serves up her famous homemade pineapple or coconut tarts. Closed Sundays and Mondays.
