Sheraton Desert Oasis is undergoing various maintenance projects, including a full villa refurbishment and building exterior painting that are scheduled through to March 2014. Though the refurbishment will take place in unoccupied buildings, Owners and guests are expected to see activity and hear some noise related to these projects.
Additionally, the resort’s main pool and outdoor whirlpool tub will be closed for refurbishment January 5 -12, 2014. During this time, the resort’s Oasis pool will remain open for guests to enjoy.
We invite you to check in any time after 4 p.m., and request that you check out by 10 a.m. If your arrival or departure does not coincide with our schedule, you’re welcome to leave your bags with us at the Front Desk so that you may enjoy the surrounding resort facilities. For your safety, we will only issue villa keys to those who are listed on your reservation, unless you are otherwise notified.
If you are an Owner and need to change your reservation, we are happy to accommodate your request at Sheraton Vacation Ownership. Please call us toll free at 888 SV OWNER (888 786 9637) or direct at 407 903 4649. For your convenience, all of your questions can also be directed to the Front Desk, which is staffed 24 hours a day.
Your villa will receive a midweek limited service tidy (limited to towel exchange and trash removal) if you are staying for at least seven nights. If you are staying for more than a week, an additional housekeeping service will be scheduled during the check-in process. Midweek service is not provided for stays less than seven nights. Additional housekeeping services are available directly through the resort for a fee. Additional housekeeping fees will be automatically charged to your villa folio for the second or more reservations (based on transaction date not arrival date) within a single Use Year associated with a single ownership interest.
Guests whose stay is reserved with a nightly rental rate should contact their booking source or the resort directly for housekeeping provisions.
If you’re traveling with little ones or an extra friend, just let us know, and we’ll make every effort to fulfill your requests. Rollaway beds, cribs and other special request items are limited in supply and are fulfilled on first-come, first-served basis. Charges apply for rollaway beds and some other special request items. To make arrangements, Starwood Vacation Owners should contact Owner Services to place special requests; rental guests should contact their booking source or the resort directly; exchanger guests should contact the exchange company, but requests are subject to availability and therefore not guaranteed. Charges apply for some special requests. Rollaway beds are limited to one per villa and are not available in the one-bedroom villas due to space limitations.
Ample and convenient self-parking is provided throughout the property. Additionally, alternate parking arrangements for RVs or oversized vehicles can be made by calling the resort directly, as they are not allowed on property. We will be delighted to help you make these arrangements when you contact the resort front desk at 480.515.5888. Please note that parking fees are assessed to some guest types.
In order to ensure your stay is as pleasant as possible and to keep your villa clean and comfortable, our policy is that pets are not permitted anywhere on the resort property. Allow us to assist you in finding one of the many kennels and pet boarding facilities in the area to best serve your needs. Please make arrangements prior to your arrival by calling the resort directly. Exceptions are made for pets that fall within the guidelines of the Americans with Disabilities Act.
Effective January 1, 2014, Sheraton Desert Oasis will adopt a modified smoking policy that prohibits smoking on the balconies or patios of all villas. Presently, smoking is not permitted inside the villa, but is permissible on the patios or balconies. If signs of smoking are detected in your villa, a $200 fee will be applied to your folio. The new policy prohibits smoking of any sort, including electronic cigarettes.
Additionally, in compliance with the Smoke Free Arizona Act, the pool deck is designated as a non-smoking area. There are designated smoking areas in the vicinity of the pool and throughout the resort.
