Guest Services

Check-in/Check-out

We invite you to check in any time after 4 p.m., and request that you check out by 10 a.m. If your arrival or departure does not coincide with our schedule, you’re welcome to leave your bags with us at the Front Desk so that you may enjoy the surrounding resort facilities. For your safety, we will only issue villa keys to those who are listed on your reservation, unless you are otherwise notified.

If you are an Owner and need to change your reservation, we are happy to accommodate your request at Sheraton Vacation Ownership. Please call us toll free at 888 SV OWNER (786.9637) or direct at 407.903.4649.

Concierge Services

The Concierge is available to assist with services like airport transfers, ski lift and gondola tickets, restaurant reservations, excursion arrangements, local activity recommendations, and more. You can contact the Concierge prior to your arrival at 970 871 6513.

Housekeeping

Your villa will receive a midweek housekeeping service if you are staying for at least seven nights. If you are staying for more than a week, an additional housekeeping service will be scheduled during the check-in process. Midweek service is not provided for stays less than seven nights. Additional housekeeping services are available directly through the resort for a fee. Additional housekeeping fees will be automatically charged to your villa folio for the second or more reservations (based on transaction date not arrival date) within a single Use Year associated with a single ownership interest.

Guests whose stay is reserved with a nightly rental rate should contact their booking source or the resort directly for housekeeping provisions.

Personalized Details

Cribs and highchairs

If you’re traveling with little ones or an extra friend, just let us know, and we’ll make every effort to fulfill your requests. Cribs and other special request items are limited in supply and are fulfilled on first-come, first-served basis. To make arrangements, Starwood Vacation Owners should contact Owner Services to place special requests; rental guests should contact their booking source or the resort directly; exchanger guests should contact the exchange company, but requests are subject to availability and therefore not guaranteed. Charges apply for some special requests.

Rollaway Beds

Please note that rollaway beds are not offered at Sheraton Steamboat Resort Villas.

Parking

There is ample valet and self-parking available at the resort (daily parking fees apply for each). Oversized vehicles, boats and trailers cannot be parked at the resort. To ask about current parking fee rates or to arrange for alternate local parking, please contact the resort directly.

Pets

In order to ensure your stay is as pleasant as possible and to keep your villa clean and comfortable, our policy is that pets are not permitted anywhere on the resort property. Allow us to assist you in finding one of the many kennels and pet boarding facilities in the area to best serve your needs. Please make arrangements prior to your arrival by calling the resort directly. Exceptions are made for pets that fall within the guidelines of the Americans with Disabilities Act.

Stay Connected

Bring your laptop and enjoy complimentary high-speed wireless Internet access inside your villa and in other places around the resort.

Smoking Policy

Sheraton Steamboat Resort Villas is a completely smoke-free resort. Smoking of any kind (including electronic cigarettes) is prohibited. If signs of smoking are detected, then a $500 fee may be applied to your folio.

Starwood Preferred Guest Benefits

Redeem your Starpoints® from the Starwood Preferred Guest® program for in-hotel indulgences, from a massage to dinner and more. Simply ask which Instant Awards(SM) are available when you check in. Additionally, Starpoints may be earned for qualified charges at the resort.

As a villa resort property, we are unable to offer select SPG® member benefits for Ownership reservations, including complimentary room upgrades, Suite Night AwardsTM, 4 p.m. late check-out, SPG Your24TM, complimentary weekday newspaper, and Gold and Platinum welcome amenities.
