Sheraton Vistana Resort is undergoing various maintenance projects throughout 2013. We do not anticipate that this will adversely affect your vacation experience, however, you may see or hear activity related to these projects.
Zimmie’s Family Restaurant & Sports Bar will be closed for renovation from August 2014 through mid-December 2014. The Market Place, Cascades Bar & Grill and the Tacky Tiki Bar & Grill will remain open and adjust their hours of operation to minimize guest inconvenience during the Zimmie’s closure.
To ensure the safety and security of all Sheraton Vistana Resort Owners and rental guests, you are now required to present a photo ID at the Security Gate for access to the resort. Thank you in advance for your cooperation and understanding. We continue to enhance resort safety with preventive measures to make certain your stay with us is both a safe and happy one.
We invite you to check in any time after 4 p.m., and request that you check out by 10 a.m. If your arrival or departure does not coincide with our schedule, you’re welcome to leave your bags with us at the Front Desk so that you may enjoy the surrounding resort facilities.
If you are an Owner, you can get into the fast lane with our Diamond Lane check-in form, and use Express Check-out for a quick, convenient way to check out of your villa. Located in the lobby of our Reception Center, a Vacation Services Coordinator is at your service to provide general information and to assist with tickets, dining and entertainment recommendations, reservations, directions, babysitting information, courier services and many other services.
For your banking needs, you’ll find cash machines (ATMs) available in the Fountains Reception Center, The Market Place, The Welcome Center and in Zimmie’s lobby.
For foreign currency and traveler’s check exchange services, you can visit the Tickets & Transportation Desk located in the Reception Center of Sheraton Vistana Resort, or SunTrust and Gooding’s Supermarket.
We are pleased to offer you special savings on admission tickets and tour prices at our Attractions, Transportation & Dining Desk. You’ll be able to buy actual tickets here, not vouchers, so you can avoid long lines at the gate.
For your convenience, Guest Services also has attraction tickets for sale, including Walt Disney World® Resort, Magic Kingdom® Park, Epcot®, Disney’s Hollywood StudiosTM, Disney’s Animal Kingdom® Theme Park, Sea World® Orlando, Universal Studios Florida®, Wet ‘n Wild and many others. To make things easy, you can even buy attraction tickets online.

For your convenience, The Market Place will be able to handle all of your grocery needs while you are here. If you’d like to have your villa prestocked with groceries and laundry products, simply contact us prior to your visit by calling us at The Market Place at 407 239 3366. You may also place an online order to have these items delivered to your villa before your arrival.
Your villa will receive a midweek housekeeping service if you are staying for at least seven nights. If you are staying for more than a week, an additional housekeeping service will be scheduled during the check-in process. Midweek service is not provided for stays less than seven nights. Additional housekeeping services are available directly through the resort for a fee. Additional housekeeping fees will be automatically charged to your villa folio for the second or more reservations (based on transaction date not arrival date) within a single Use Year associated with a single ownership interest.
Guests whose stay is reserved with a nightly rental rate should contact their booking source or the resort directly for housekeeping provisions.
As a courtesy to our guests, our mail room will accept parcels for registered and arriving guests. All parcels must be addressed to the registered guest or with the name on the future reservation. All parcels will be accepted up to 30 days prior to arrival and held up to two weeks after departure. Improperly addressed parcels and those left for more than two weeks after departure will be returned to sender.
We will accept up to 3 parcels free of charge. A $5 handling fee per additional parcel will be applied. For additional information, please contact the resort directly.
The Market Place has a variety of newspapers available, such as The Orlando Sentinel, USA Today, The Wall Street Journal, plus a variety of foreign and other newspapers. You’ll also find an assortment of popular magazines and paperbacks here.
We’ve made it easy for you to rent DVDs on the property. With a major credit card, you can rent movies at the Main Activities Center.
If you’re traveling with little ones, just let us know, and we’ll make every effort to fulfill your requests. Rollaway beds, cribs and other special request items are limited in supply and are fulfilled on first-come, first-served basis. Charges apply for rollaway beds and some other special request items. To make arrangements, Starwood Vacation Owners should contact Owner Services 24 hours in advance of their arrival to place the request; rental guests should contact their booking source or the resort directly; exchanger guests should contact the exchange company, but requests are subject to availability and therefore not guaranteed. Charges apply for some special requests. Rollaway beds are limited to one per villa and are not available in the one-bedroom villas due to space limitations. Unfortunately, the resort is unable to accept requests for a specific phase.
Celebrating a special occasion such as a birthday or anniversary while on your vacation? You can get balloon bouquets and arrange for card deliveries through the Activities Department for a nominal fee. Call 407 239 3816 to make arrangements.
If you need language translation, the Tickets & Transportation Desk can provide a list of area translation services.
Ample and convenient self-parking is provided throughout the property. Additionally, alternate parking arrangements for RVs or oversized vehicles can be made by calling the resort directly, as they are not allowed on property. We will be delighted to help you make these arrangements when you contact the resort front desk at 407 239 3100. Please note that parking fees are assessed to some guest types.
In order to ensure your stay is as pleasant as possible and to keep your villa clean and comfortable, our policy is that pets are not permitted anywhere on the resort property. Allow us to assist you in finding one of the many kennels and pet boarding facilities in the area to best serve your needs. Please make arrangements prior to your arrival by calling the resort directly. Exceptions are made for pets that fall within the guidelines of the Americans with Disabilities Act.
Bring your laptop and enjoy complimentary wireless High-Speed Wireless Internet access inside your villa and other places around the resort. The Business Center can also keep you connected through hard-wired Internet, computer, printing and faxing services (fees apply). Additionally, The Link@SheratonSM experienced with Microsoft® is conveniently located in The Market Place, featuring six computers (no fee) and four printers (fee for more than five sheets). Comfortable sofa and chairs and a TV also offer an inviting area to relax and connect with others. We ask guests to be courteous and limit their use to 30 minutes at a time. Wireless bandwidth upgrades are available for a fee (check with the resort for current discounted owner rates).
Take a deep breath. Sheraton is smoke-free. We ask that you refrain from smoking in your villa, on your balcony or lanai, in the enclosed areas around the swimming pools and the children’s play areas. If signs of smoking are detected, a $250 fee may be applied to your folio. For those who wish to light up, there are designated smoking areas throughout the resort.
In addition, the resort observes local and state smoking ordinances that may prohibit smoking in some public places.
To make your travel to area attractions easier, we offer shuttle buses for a nominal fee to the Walt Disney World® Resort, Magic Kingdom® Park, Epcot®, Disney’s Hollywood StudiosTM and Disney’s Animal Kingdom® Theme Park. Taxi service is available to get you to Downtown Disney® Pleasure Island, Sea World® Orlando, Universal Studios Florida® and Wet ‘n Wild.
