For your future enjoyment, some of the shared amenities at The Westin Riverfront Resort & Spa at Beaver Creek will be closed for renovations April 7–May 23, 2014. During this time, the resort pool, pool deck, outdoor whirlpool spas, and Spa Anjali will not be accessible. Guests may experience minimal construction noise in some areas of the resort. To provide a renewing alternative over this period, The Westin Riverfront Mountain Villas will accommodate its Owners and guests with complimentary passes to the nearby Avon Recreational Center. This state-of-the-art facility offers a large indoor aquatics area including a water slide, lazy river, diving pool, lap lanes, tot pool, and large whirlpool spa, as well as a sauna, steam room and weight room.
The Westin Riverfront Mountain Villas guests will check in at the hotel reception center for The Westin Riverfront Resort & Spa, Avon, which is located adjacent to the villas. We invite you to check in after 4 p.m., and request that you check out before 10 a.m. However, if your arrival or departure does not coincide with our schedule, the Front Desk will be happy to receive your bags while you enjoy the surrounding resort facilities. For your security, keys will only be given to the individual with the reservation unless other arrangements have been made. During ski season, there is a chair lift and gondola that runs from Avon up to the Beaver Creek ski area. At the close of ski season (typically in mid April), the chair lift and gondola will close. Guests may continue to use the shuttle service to travel to Beaver Creek Village. If traveling during the summer, we recommend you bring a personal automobile to ensure convenient and reliable transportation.

Your villa will receive a midweek housekeeping service if you are staying for at least seven nights. If you are staying for more than a week, an additional housekeeping service will be scheduled during the check-in process. Midweek service is not provided for stays less than seven nights. Additional housekeeping services are available directly through the resort for a fee. Additional housekeeping fees will be automatically charged to your villa folio for the second or more reservations (based on transaction date not arrival date) within a single Use Year associated with a single ownership interest.
Guests whose stay is reserved with a nightly rental rate should contact their booking source or the resort directly for housekeeping provisions.
Rollaway beds, cribs and other special request items are limited in supply and are fulfilled on first-come, first-served basis. Charges apply for rollaway beds and some other special request items. Rollaway beds are limited to 1 per villa and are not available in the studio premium villa due to space limitations.
The Westin Riverfront Mountain Villas does not accept special requests for a specific view, floor or villa number location. For other special requests, please contact the resort up to 24 hours in advance of your arrival. The resort will make every effort to fulfill your requests, which are subject to availability and therefore not guaranteed.
Unforeseen events or circumstances beyond our control may result in last-minute changes. As a result, villa assignment or special requests will only be confirmed during the check-in process.
Changes to the arrival or departure date, or to villa type (other than releasing one side of the lockoff for reservations confirmed during the Home Resort Reservations Period) will result in a loss of priority for fulfilling special requests.

Ample and convenient self-parking is provided throughout the property and valet parking is available to all resort guests. Additionally, alternate parking arrangements for RVs or oversized vehicles can be made by calling the resort directly, as they are not allowed on property. We will be delighted to help you make these arrangements when you call 970-790-3000. Please note that parking fees are assessed to some guest types.
In order to ensure your stay is as pleasant as possible and to keep your villa clean and comfortable, our policy is that pets are not permitted anywhere on the resort property. Allow us to assist you in finding one of the many kennels and pet boarding facilities in the area to best serve your needs. Please make arrangements prior to your arrival by calling the resort directly. Exceptions are made for pets that fall within the guidelines of the Americans with Disabilities Act.
Breathe the fresh air. The Westin Riverfront Mountain Villas is a completely smoke-free resort and prohibits smoking in your villa, on the balcony or anywhere on the resort property. Violation of this policy will result in a $200 non-refundable cleaning charge. In addition, the town of Avon observes the Eagle County smoking ordinance, which prohibits smoking in public places, places of employment, service lines, at recreational facilities or at outdoor seating areas.
