The Friendship Rewards Program® is offered by Starwood Vacation Ownership, Inc. and its affiliates (“SVO”), and is subject to the following details of participation. Participation in the Friendship Rewards Program is voluntary and by participating, you agree to all of the program’s details of participation and give SVO permission to reference your name and ownership to your guest in connection with any offer SVO may extend to your guest.
The Friendship Rewards Program is effective July 15, 2013, and ends on December 31, 2015. SVO reserves the right to change the rules and regulations, as well as supplement, terminate or extend the Friendship Rewards Program at any time without notice.
You may participate in the Friendship Rewards Program if you own a vacation ownership interest at any SVO resort, and you are in good standing (all maintenance fees and taxes are paid and up-to-date; Resort Credits or Starpoints® will not be applied retroactively). (“Owner(s)”).
Eligibility for Owner Rewards is limited to your guest(s) who purchases at any of the following SVO resorts:

(the “Resorts” or, individually, the “Resort”). ‘
In the event of a duplicate referral, the Starpoints or Resort Credits will be issued to the Owner that first registered the referral as part of the program. Owner referrals remain active for 24 months after being registered with the program. If the referral does not purchase within this time, the referral will be removed from the program.
You will only obtain Resort Credits or Starwood Preferred Guest Starpoints (“Starpoints”) for a guest who has not accepted an SVO-sponsored offer to preview the Resort before you have provided their name and telephone number. If you have provided the name and telephone number of a guest who purchases a vacation ownership interest at a Resort and closes the purchase (pays the full down payment, has all contractual rescission periods pass, and has made at least one (1) mortgage/note payment), you are entitled to receive:

Starpoints are the default reward for all Owners unless otherwise specified upon registration.
You may also be offered other incentives from time to time, at the discretion of SVO. All guests must have closed on their vacation ownership interest on or before December 31, 2015. Guests acquiring a vacation ownership interest from anyone other than SVO, or purchasing an Explorer Package, would not qualify an Owner for any Resort Credits or Starpoints. Purchase of a Resale property, by a referral, does not qualify. Owners are limited to receiving credit for a maximum of 20 guests who purchase during any 12-month period. Taxes relating to credits provided to an Owner, if any, are solely the Owner’s responsibility.
Use of Starpoints is subject to the standard terms and conditions of the Starwood Preferred Guest program (“SPG”). Terms and conditions of the program are included in the SPG membership kit or can be viewed on the SPG website at spg.com and are subject to change without notice. Starpoints have no cash value. All awarded Starpoints must be redeemed within six (6) years of being deposited into member’s SPG account. Any Starpoints not redeemed by that time will be forfeited.
Resort Credits may be redeemed only for maintenance fees. Resort Credits have no cash value and any difference will not be refunded. Owners are limited to receiving 400 Resort Credits per calendar year. Resort Credits may not be transferred. Resort Credits issued pursuant to the Friendship Rewards Program expire two (2) years after the expiration date of the Friendship Rewards Program.
Owners are prohibited from engaging in any advertising or promotions to produce Guest(s) names, including Internet advertising or promotions. All marketing and sales information or materials, and all sales negotiations concerning SVO and its Resorts shall be provided only by SVO and all offering, negotiation and sale of a vacation ownership interest shall be conducted exclusively by licensed employees of SVO. Owners may be responsible for complying with any licensing requirements. You are not required to provide any services to SVO or the Guest in respect to participation in the Friendship Rewards Program. This offer is void where prohibited by law and where state registration and/or licensing requirements have not been met or satisfied. This Program shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
Approximate retail value of the entire package is $3,560 USD. All taxes on prize, if applicable, are the sole responsibility of the Prizewinner. Vacation package (including accommodations and airfare) must be consumed within 12 months of accepting the prize

Use of Accommodations: Sponsor assumes no responsibility for compliance with, or restriction imposed by, any governmental travel or entry requirements, such as visas, passport requirements or similar regulations, and takes no responsibility if the prize is unavailable for use by the Prizewinner due to any such regulations. Travel and accommodations are subject to availability at time of reservation. Room reservations must be made at least 60 days in advance and are on a space-available basis. Holiday and special event periods are excluded. Do not secure airline reservations until your accommodation dates are confirmed. Accommodations are for a maximum of two adults and up to two children under the age of 18. Accommodations are a one-bedroom villa. Stay must be consecutive nights. All expenses and incidental travel costs not expressly stated in the package description above, including but not limited to additional ground transportation, meals, incidentals, passenger tariffs or duties, surcharges, airport fees, service or facility charges, personal charges at lodging, security fees, taxes or other expenses are the sole responsibility of each Prizewinner.
Hawaiian Airlines HawaiianMiles Redemption: HawaiianMiles awarded are redeemable for 2 roundtrip “Super Saver” award coach tickets from any U.S. gateway city to Kaua‘i, Hawai‘i on Hawaiian Airlines. To make reservations, winner will be notified and instructed to coordinate and book flights through a designated Starwood Vacation Ownership associate. All flight reservations using mileage are subject to the availability of award seats for each award level. Hawaiian Airlines cannot ensure or guarantee availability of award seats on any flight, route or date. Hawaiian Airlines is not responsible for and will not replace lost, stolen, or destroyed award tickets or certificates. Once an award has been issued no refund will be made. Date and routing changes on awards are subject to availability and may require a service fee per award ticket issued. In the event of a flight cancellation or other irregularity, award travel will be rescheduled only on the airline for which the ticket was issued.
