  1. How can I submit referrals?
    The easiest way to submit a referral is online by clicking here.
  2. How many referrals can I submit?
    Owners are limited to receiving credit for a maximum of 20 guests who purchase during any 12-month period.
  3. What happens to my referrals once I submit them online?
    Once you submit your referral online, Starwood Vacation Ownership will send them an offer for an exclusive vacation package.
  4. If my referral purchases, what awards am I eligible for?
    For Annual Purchases: Your choice of 400 Resort Credits* or 20,000 Starpoints.
    For Every Other Year Purchases (EOY): Your choice of 200 Resort Credits or 10,000 Starpoints.
  5. Exclusive for Elite Members Only
    Three-Star Elite: Your choice of 400 Resort Credits or 30,000 Starpoints. EOY: Your choice of 200 Resort Credits or 15,000 Starpoints.
    Four-Star Elite: Your choice of 400 Resort Credits or 35,000 Starpoints. EOY: Your choice of 200 Resort Credits or 17,500 Starpoints.
    Five-Star Elite: Your choice of 400 Resort Credits or 40,000 Starpoints. EOY: Your choice of 200 Resort Credits or 20,000 Starpoints.
    Starpoints are the default reward for all Owners unless otherwise specified upon registration.
    * Owners are limited to receiving 400 Resort Credits per calendar year.
  6. How can I check the status of my referrals?
    You can check the status of you referral by calling our Friendship Rewards Hotline at 800-600-1188.
  7. How soon do I get my award for my friend who just purchased?
    You will receive your award after your friend or family member makes their first mortgage payment.
  8. Who can I contact for my missing award?
    If you are missing an award, you can contact our Friendship Reward Fulfillment team at: 800-600-1188 and select option 5.
  9. I referred someone but they haven’t been contacted. Why is that?
    It takes about 6–8 weeks for your referral to receive an offer. After that time, if they still have not received an offer, you can check the status by calling our Friendship Rewards Hotline at 800-600-1188.
