Remember, weekly valuations are calculated based upon a Friday arrival only. If your dates of stay cross over into another season, additional StarOptions may be required since StarOptions are calculated based on the Season of each day of your stay.

Note: Your villa description may vary from the villa designation on this chart. Refer to your Use Notification documents for details regarding your Villa type and StarOptions®. Information on this chart is subject to the Starwood Vacation Network program rules. Check-in days may vary; please call Owner Services for details. Certain weeks shown may be sold exclusively as Event or Ultra Premium Weeks. Therefore, the availability of these weeks for reservation may be limited.
The StarOptions values represented are effective with the 2014 Use Year and replace all previously dated StarOptions charts. StarOptions values are subject to change.
Weekly valuations are based upon a Friday arrival. Dates of stay which cross over an established week(s) may require additional StarOptions based upon the seasonality.

Ownership 101Owners will see a host of features when it comes to viewing your available assignments when requesting an exchange through Interval International (II).
Features

  • Owners and II Vacation Planning Counselors will see the specific Use Year (s), Home Resort, Villa Type and expiration date of your assignment in your II account.
  • You will have up to 36 months to use your Assignment.
  • Your assignment will be valid until December 31, two years after the Use Year assigned.
  • You can assign your Vacation Ownership Interest (VOI) directly with II (by phone or online) without calling Owner Services.*
  • Choose between II’s Deposit First or Request First method.

Exchanging is Easy

Signing into IntervalWorld.com is the fastest and easiest way to exchange. Click the Exchange tab, search for availability and then pick the Vacation Ownership Interest (VOI) you wish to exchange.

If you don’t immediately find the available exchange you are looking for, be sure to start an ongoing request using either of the following two exchange choices with II:

  • Deposit First – Use Deposit First when you know you won’t be traveling to your Home Resort or an SVN resort during the Use Year. Once you assign your VOI, you will have up to three years —a year in advance and up to two years after — to request and complete your exchange travel.
  • Request First – You can search availability with II without assigning your VOI. You can start an exchange request up to 1 year in advance and through December 24 of the Use Year you wish to exchange. If your exchange is not confirmed by December 24 of the Use Year, you must contact II or Owner Services to assign your VOI to maintain your ability to exchange it in a future year.

Remember, you can save $35 off** your exchange fee when you request your exchange using your VOI to confirm a stay at another SVN villa resort through II.

Excludes Sheraton Vistana Resort Courts, Falls, Spas, Palms and Springs VOIs not participating in SVN membership who continue to assign directly with Interval International. Coral Vista Villas and Sheraton Flex vacation plan VOIs participate in Interval Points exchange program.

It may take up to 72 hours for the verification process for Request First exchanges.

*Your annual fees associated with your VOI must be paid in full at the time of your request to assign your VOI for External Exchange for a current or future Use Year and at the time you initiate an exchange request with Interval International.

How To Make Villa Reservations Online

SVN Owners: Simply log in and browse villa availability, then reserve your Home Resort 12 to 8 months* prior to arrival or another villa resort using StarOptions within 8 months of arrival. You’ll get to see the same villa availability your Vacation Planning Counselor would see, so you can make your reservation when it’s convenient for you.

Fixed Week Owners: Your Week, Villa type and Season at your Home Resort are automatically booked but must be confirmed 12 – 10 months prior to arrival, or your week is released to the floating pool. Sheraton Vistana Resort Courts, Falls, Spas, Palms and Springs Fixed Week Owners must confirm automatic booking 12 – 8 months before vacation arrival date, or the week is released to the floating pool.

SVN Owners: Reserve an available week in your Season and Villa type at your Home Resort 12 – 8** months prior to arrival.

Fixed Owners: Your Week, Villa type and Season at your Home Resort are automatically booked but must be confirmed 12 – 10 months prior to arrival, or your week is released to the floating pool. Ownership 101Change of plans? Now you can cancel your reservation online when your arrival date is 61 days or more in advance. Cancellations 60 days or less must be cancelled by phone with Owner Services.
Cancellations requested 60 days or less prior to arrival will:

  • Be restricted to requesting a new reservation within 60 days of the new requested arrival date
  • Not be eligible for StarOptions Banking or Starpoints conversion

The following cancellation fees will also apply:

  • Cancelled within 60 – 8 days: $50
  • Cancelled 7 days or less: $75

Ownership 101The online e-Statement option is the easiest and most convenient option for receiving and paying your annual maintenance fee statement. The paperless e-Statement is just one of the many ways we are continuing to simplify and enhance your ownership. An e-Statement is an electronic version of your paper statement that you will be able to access and pay online by logging in at StarwoodVacationNetwork.com. Ownership 101For those Owners who have a mortgage loan through Starwood Vacation Ownership, you can easily make advance payments toward your loan thanks to the Automatic Payment Plan. Simply schedule your next payment up to 120 days before it’s due, and you’ll never have to worry about a late payment on future billings again. Plus, the automatic bank draft service is available at no cost to you. Here’s how to enroll.

Step 1: Login to MyStarCentral.com. Click 'Your Loan Center' and select your week.
Step 2: Select the automatic payment plan. Click 'From Your Bank Account'.
Step 3: Enter Routing and Account number and click 'continue'.

Reservations may be requested beginning eight months before and up to the day you would like to arrive. Reservations are on a first-come, first-served basis. Travel to any Starwood Vacation Network Villa Resort with banked StarOptions

Who’s Eligible?

Banking StarOptions is available to Starwood Vacation Network Owners who are current on maintenance fees. If you have biennial (every other year) ownership you can bank your StarOptions to travel every year for shorter vacations instead of waiting every other year.

How It Works

You can bank an entire use year’s worth of StarOptions, or just a few. You can keep your unused StarOptions for up to two years and use them to travel to a Starwood Vacation Network villa resort.

Five-Star Elite Owners: No charge.

Three- and Four-Star Elite Owners: $79

All other Owners: $99

How far out can I make a reservation with Banked StarOptions?

Beginning at eight months in advance of your desired travel date, you can reserve nightly stays or more, checking in any day of the week, within Starwood Vacation Network villa resorts.

How to Bank

Bank your StarOptions by calling Owner Services at 1-800-743-7654.

Terms of Use:

  1. Banking is a benefit available to Starwood Vacation Network (“SVN”) Owners and is subject to all SVN Ownership terms and conditions.
  2. Banked StarOptions may be used to confirm reservations in the subsequent 2 years for reservations made during the Starwood Vacation Network Float period beginning 8 months or less in advance of the requested arrival date.
  3. Reservations made using Banked StarOptions are based on availability of StarOptions banked by other SVN Owners.
  4. Banked StarOptions reservations are subject to SVN rules and regulations pursuant to the Starwood Vacation Exchange Company Disclosure Guide and related SVN documents including but not limited to cancellation policy, lengths of stay, and additional housekeeping fees.
  5. SVN members may bank all or any portion of unused StarOptions.
  6. Banked StarOptions are valid through and travel must be completed by December 31 of the second year beyond the Use Year banked.
  7. All fees, including but not limited to maintenance fees, taxes and SVN fees associated with an SVN Ownership, must be current to bank StarOptions and at the time a reservation is made using Banked StarOptions.
  8. Banking can be requested as early as October 1 of the Use Year prior to the Use Year being banked and no later than July 1 of the Use Year being banked for all SVN Owners. However, 3 and 4 Star Elite Members may request banking as late as October 1 of the Use Year being banked. 5 Star Elite Members may request banking as late as December 31 of the Use Year being banked.
  9. Banking is a final transaction and cannot be reversed. In addition, banked StarOptions are not eligible for external exchange or Starpoint conversion.
  10. Unused StarOptions will not be banked automatically and therefore SVN member must contact Owner Services by the applicable deadlines to bank all or a portion of unused StarOptions.
  11. Applicable StarOptions banking fees are required at the time of banking and are charged per transaction.
  12. Banked StarOptions may transfer in the event of will or deed transfer to an immediate family member (mother, father, son, daughter, brother, sister, grandparents). However, banked StarOptions do not transfer when ownership weeks are transferred or sold to other individuals or entities.
  13. Banked StarOptions may transfer with original expiration date in the event of an upgrade of the existing ownership interest to a new ownership interest purchased directly from Starwood Vacation Ownership.
  14. SVEC Operator reserves the right to change, modify or cancel benefits of SVN, including but not limited to banking, at any time and in its sole discretion. How To Exchange

To exchange, contact Owner Services Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m.; and Saturday and Sunday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Eastern Time.

How To Convert
