To provide a smooth, quick and easy check-in experience for Owners, we invite you to fill out the Diamond Lane check-in form. Please submit it at least 72 hours prior to your confirmed arrival date so that we’ll be better prepared to welcome you.
Check-in begins at 4 p.m.; check-out is 10 a.m. If these times do not coincide with your travel schedule, you may store your luggage with the Front Desk and enjoy the resort’s amenities while you wait.
For security purposes, you will be asked to provide a valid government or state-issued photo ID at check-in.
If you are an Owner and need to change your reservation, we are happy to accommodate your request. Should you need to change the name on your reservation, Owners can contact Owner Services; external exchange guests should contact the external exchange company.
Please note that the food and beverage outlets at Atlantis operate cashless. The resort will authorize an initial credit card deposit equal to $100 per day at check-in. Additional authorizations will be obtained as required throughout the stay.
Harborside at Atlantis is unable to store any perishable or refrigerated items prior to your check-in. Therefore such items should only be purchased after you have access to your villa. A special service has been arranged with the resort to transport Owners and guests to and from the local market for an additional charge per person. If you are interested in taking advantage of this service, please call Owner Services toll free at 877.782.7496 or direct at 407.903.4893 for current rates. Please note that Harborside Resort at Atlantis no longer takes orders for stocking grocery items on behalf of its Owners.

Your villa will receive a midweek housekeeping service if you are staying for at least seven nights. If you are staying for more than a week, an additional housekeeping service will be scheduled during the check-in process. Midweek service is not provided for stays less than seven nights. Additional housekeeping services are available directly through the resort for a fee. Additional housekeeping fees will be automatically charged to your villa folio for the second or more reservations (based on transaction date not arrival date) within a single Use Year associated with a single ownership interest.
Guests whose stay is reserved with a nightly rental rate should contact their booking source or the resort directly for housekeeping provisions.
If you are traveling with children, we are happy to provide you with cribs and highchairs upon request. These items are limited in supply and therefore not guaranteed. Charges may apply. Rollaway beds are limited to one per villa and are available only in the One-Bedroom Premium and Two-Bedroom Lockoff villas. Rollaways may not be requested for the One-Bedroom, Two-Bedroom or Three-Bedroom Lockoff villas.
To make arrangements, please call Owner Services up to 24 hours in advance of your arrival. External exchange guests should contact the resort directly. The resort will make every effort to fulfill your requests, which are subject to availability.
Unforeseen events or circumstances beyond our control may result in last-minute changes. As a result, special requests that have been fulfilled will not be confirmed prior to the check-in process on the day of arrival.
In order to ensure your stay is as pleasant as possible and to keep your villa clean and comfortable, our policy is that pets are not permitted anywhere on the resort property. Allow us to assist you in finding one of the many kennels and pet boarding facilities in the area to best serve your needs. Please make arrangements prior to your arrival by calling the resort directly. Exceptions are made for pets that fall within the guidelines of the Americans with Disabilities Act.
Harborside Resort at Atlantis prohibits smoking of any kind (including electronic cigarettes) inside all villas. Violation of this policy will result in a $350 non-refundable fee added to your folio. Smoking is allowed on the balcony of your villa, if so equipped, and in the outdoor public areas of the resort.
Should you need to take advantage of the universally accessible villas we have available at our resort, simply let us know at the time you make your reservations.
The walk from the resort to Atlantis is an easy ten-minute walk on the Atlantis Marina walkway.
Several airlines service Nassau and Paradise Island, including American, Delta/Comair, Continental, Spirit, JetBlue, US Airways, Bahamasair and some small operators.
Lynden Pindling International Airport (formerly Nassau International Airport) is approximately 13 miles from Atlantis, and a taxi is the easiest form of transportation to travel from the airport to the resort.
It will take between 30 and 45 minutes to reach the resort from the airport. Returning to the airport will take generally take 45 minutes, but if you have afternoon flights between 3 and 6 p.m., please allow one hour to reach the airport.
For your convenience, the Atlantis courtesy shuttle provides service between the resort and specific Atlantis properties (Royal Towers, Coral Towers, Beach Tower, Ocean Club and Ocean Club Golf Course). The Atlantis Courtesy Shuttle runs daily from 6 a.m. to midnight, every 30 minutes. There are also Harborside courtesy shuttles that run every fifteen minutes from 8 a.m. – 2 a.m. daily, with continuous service between Harborside Resort at Atlantis and the Royal, Coral and Beach Towers.
The heliport on Paradise Island (where Chalk’s Ocean Plane lands) is less than a five-minute drive from the resort. Transportation is available from the heliport to the resort for a minimal per person cost.
