Kayaking is a fun and inexpensive way to see Hawaiian sea life up close. It requires no experience, and is easy to master whether you choose a single or double kayak. Most Maui kayaking tours also include snorkeling and a picnic lunch.
Your tour operator will make sure you understand how to get in/out of the kayak, use the snorkeling gear, and paddle the kayak as a team. Unique destinations off Maui include Honolua Bay, the famous Turtle Town, and the wonders of Olawalu reef.
Enjoy majestic views of the West Maui Mountains, Humpback whale watching (December - April), unspoiled coral reefs, and rich Hawaiian history. But best of all, you can get up close and personal with whales, dolphins, monk seals, sea turtles, tropical fish, rays, and other exotic Hawaiian sea life.
