Starwood Vacation Ownership operates high-volume contact centers in two major areas: Owner Services and Loan Servicing. Our Owner Services department is focused on strengthening relationships with our owners by offering consistent, exceptional customer service. This call center is staffed with career-minded professionals called Vacation Planning Counselors. These individuals are tasked with educating owners on their vacation options and book their vacations. On the Loan Servicing side, we assist our owners in ensuring financial obligations are met so they can enjoy their product.
